No, our services are not therapy-based. We're here to provide you with a friendly, non-judgmental space to chat, vent, or just pass the time with someone you can trust.

You can choose between the text only (Quick Connect Chat) or the text and voice-note sessions (Weekend Bestie Pass) outlined under our services.

The Quick Connect allows you to contact us via text on weekdays during the hours of 6:00 pm and 11:00 pm EST.

The Weekend Bestie Pass allows you to contact us via text and one voice note (optional) on Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 12:00 pm and 11:59 pm EST.

Once you select the desired service, make your payment, complete and submit our short form, a confirmation email with access details will be sent to you.

This is perfect if you're watching your favorite show and you need to download to one of our Besties or you're having ongoing issues with the girls in your circle and you need to vent regularly.

With this membership, you will be entitled to eight text-access days and one 30-minute teleconference per month. You will be assigned to a dedicated Backup Bestie who will get to know you, so there will be consistency.

Text access applies during our hours of operation on weekdays and during the weekend. No scheduling is required.

One 30-minute teleconference per month is included in this plan, if you choose to use it. This call must be scheduled and a unique access link will be provided.

Unused chats will not carry over to the next month; they will be forfeited.

You can cancel your membership at anytime, seven (7) days prior to the next month's charge.

Refunds do not apply.

We will communicate via text, voice note or phone call, depending on the chat service you select.
