HitMeUpGirl, LLC provides private, one-on-one live chat sessions and text-based emotional support services for adult women seeking a safe, judgment-free space for personal reflection and emotional connection.

Important: Our services are not therapy, counseling, or any form of medical or clinical care. We do not diagnose, treat, or manage any mental health conditions. No insurance is accepted. Use of our services does not establish a therapeutic or fiduciary relationship.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement. website.

Session Policies

  • Duration: Live chat sessions are available in 30- or 60-minute increments.

  • No Recording: Clients may not record, save, or share any part of the live session. We do not record sessions on our end.

  • Respectful Use: If you violate any part of these Terms during a session, we reserve the right to end the session immediately without a refund.

  • Content Restrictions: Discussion of political topics, pornography, or sexually explicit content is strictly prohibited.

  • Crisis Support: This is not a crisis or suicide hotline. If you are in immediate distress or feeling suicidal, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services. In the U.S., call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

 

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule sessions as needed.

Payment and Refunds

All services must be paid for in advance. We do not accept insurance.

 

Refunds are only available if:

  • A session is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, or

  • The session is canceled by us for any reason.

 

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Code of Conduct

We strive to maintain a respectful and emotionally safe space. By using our services, you agree to:

  • Treat all staff, contractors, and users (if applicable) with kindness and respect.

  • Refrain from harassment, aggressive behavior, inappropriate language, or requesting personal contact details.

 

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in termination of your access to our services without refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

Termination of service does not entitle the user to a refund unless otherwise stated.
