Eligibility

Session Policies

Duration: Live chat sessions are available in 30- or 60-minute increments.

No Recording: Clients may not record, save, or share any part of the live session. We do not record sessions on our end.

Respectful Use: If you violate any part of these Terms during a session, we reserve the right to end the session immediately without a refund.

Content Restrictions: Discussion of political topics, pornography, or sexually explicit content is strictly prohibited.

Payment and Refunds
All services must be paid for in advance. We do not accept insurance.
Refunds are only available if:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
